Entertainment Medieval Style

Everyone loves a good joust, right? Well, if you have never seen a live joust take place, then don't miss one of the three daily joust matches to really get your blood warmed up. You'll enjoy watching the sheer power of the horses, the butterflies in your stomach as the lance quickly approaches the opposing knight, and the sheer joy as your representative knight defeats his opponent! And don't forget to check out the other live events happening too! You'll enjoy a plethora of stage acts, street acts, musical groups, parades, and more!

Crafty Artisans

One of the best things to do while at the Renaissance Festival is to gaze upon the sheer numbers of different, handmade, and completely unique items and garments for sale. You'll encounter many different types of shops and stands that will sell everything from feathers to great-axes with real blades. There are also shops that will allow you to make your own version of their product, which can make your trip to the Renaissance Festival just that much more memorable. And, if you are feeling slightly left out because you arrived in modern garb, then stop by one of the many shops to select your new, period appropriate clothing that you can use every time you visit the festival in the future!

Turkey Legs 'R' Us

While you're walking around, enjoying the multitudes of shows, sports, games, shops, and various costumes, you'll start to get hungry. You'll start to notice folks ambling by with something tasty in their hands... You'll see them take a big bite into a juicy turkey leg, and you'll instantly clamour for one yourself! You see, one of the best parts about any Renaissance Festival, is eating a giant turkey leg, with your hand, and feeling mighty proud while doing so.
