Bellevue, Washington, being just across the lake from Seattle, is the largest suburb of Seattle, and is often referred to as a "satellite city." It is known for being a beautiful city with remarkable sights, and for having a booming economy, and an excellent place for businesses to get their start. It hosts the annual Belleveue Arts and Crafts Fair at the end of July as well as the annual Strawberry Festival. Some popular attractions within Bellevue include the Bellevue Arts Museum, the KidsQuest Childrens' Museum, Downtown Park, and the Bellevue Botanical Garden. As you can tell, there are a great number of things to do in Bellevue, Washington. It is one of the most eclectic and lively places on the entire West Coast. While you are in Bellevue, whether you are shopping, enjoying some art, or enjoying one of their many lush parks, you are sure to develop a bit of an appetite or a need for a drink. 99 Park
99 Park is a remarkable, delicious, and upscale restaurant directly next to Downtown Park. They provide excellent service with extremely comfortable seating options. You don't have to worry about running out of room in their booths and feeling cramped, as the booths are all roomy and the seats are all ridiculously comfortable. As far as their menu goes, they draw influences from all over the world, providing a seasonal and unique menu that seems to have absolutely no weak spots anywhere to be found on it. And while 99 Park is, as they describe, a pretty "spendy" restaurant, it is absolutely worth it if you can afford it. The get all of their ingredients fresh from a neighboring farm, and everything is crafted to absolute perfection. Their rotating menu is ever changing, but if you make it in there when they have the Pork Belly Tacos or the Roasted Chicken, you absolutely must try them. They also have a brunch menu that you absolutely must try.

Facing East
If you're looking for a delightful little restaurant to eat some delicious Taiwanese food, then you absolutely must give Facing East a shot. Their food is authentic and prepared beautifully. You will be pleasantly surprised at how expedient and competent their servers are, and you can expect to be warmly welcomed from the very minute you walk into the door. The atmosphere is casual and relaxing, and is extremely versatile. No matter what kind of meal you would like to have there, whether it be a casual lunch on your own, or a romantic dinner with your loved one, or a large family dinner with the kids, you will feel happy and comfortable eating a meal at Facing East. We recommend calling up and making a reservation, or, better yet, paying the very reasonable delivery charge to get your meal delivered, as the restaurant is very popular and usually packed. If you make it over to Facing East, you absolutely must try the Sweet Potato flour pancakes w/ oyster, egg and veggies, as well as the extremely popular pork burger, which is remarkably juicy.

Vivo 53
Offering delicious wood fired pizzas, durum pastas, and delicious craft cocktails, Vivo 53 serves expertly crafted meals, that took hundreds of hours of experimenting and perfecting their recipes in order to create the perfect, most delicious meals. The 53 in the name of the restaurant describes the amount of attempts it took them to create the perfect blend of crispness and taste that sets the pizza made at Vivo 53 apart from all of the competition. As a brand new restaurant, Vivo 53 is a popular new installment in the Bellevue community, and it is a long overdue addition at that. There aren't nearly enough delicious wood-fired pizza places in the Bellevue area, so Vivo 53 is a welcome new addition. The hospitality presented by the servers in servers at Vivo 53 is unbeatable. You will be welcomed warmly and seated quickly, and you won't have to worry about waiting forever for your food to get to the table. You absolutely must give a shot to their specially crafted cocktails, which are all delicious as you can imagine. Also, don't forget to stop in for Happy Hour!

Lot No. 3 is a relaxing and comfortable gastropub that serves delicious comfort food that is completely unforgettable. From the very second that you walk through the door you feel warm and welcome, as the servers will greet you with a smile and ensure that you have a drink in your hand within minutes, and that you are perusing the menu right as you're sitting down. The selection of items available on their menu is absolutely astounding and each and every thing on it will completely blow you away. If you're stopping in for brunch, there are a great number of options for you. The brunch menu is available until 3pm on the weekend, and you must try their Pork Belly Benedict as well as the Smoking Pig Bloody Mary. If you're in for lunch we recommend the Mac & Cheese or the Chicken Salad sandwich. If you're in for lunch, we recommend that you treat yourself the with Meat & Cheese Board, and the Fish & Chips. Also, you can't go wrong with their impressively stocked bar menu with incredible beer and delicious specialty cocktails such as the Vermouth Situation or the Carbonated Negroni.

Kukai Ramen & Izakaya
Ramen is commonly known as the extremely cheap meal that many poor college students survive off of for the four years that they're in college, but the folks at Kukai Ramen & Izakaya pleasantly remind everyone that Ramen is actually a delicious and versatile noodle that can be used in a wide berth of different meals and dishes. And there are few people who accomplish this better than them over at Kukai Ramen & Izakaya. The dishes there are crafted perfectly and everything is absolutely delicious. The service at Kukai Ramen & Izakaya is efficient, quick, and friendly as you could ever possibly wish for. There are so many different items for you to try on the menu that you'll need to keep coming back again and again to try all of them. They are so many different ways to enjoy a meal at Kukai Ramen & Izakaya that it is absolutely astounding. When you come in, you should try out the different small plates such as the Takoyaki Octopus Dumplings as well as the Agedashi Tofu, and the Sho Ramen or the Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen. Kukai Ramen & Izakaya is a delicious, eclectic restaurant that you absolutely must try. But don't take our word for it! Give them a shot for yourself!

Habitant
Located in the Nordstrom in Bellevue, Habitant is a remarkable casual lounge where everyone walking through can enjoy a nice, light snack, or a glass of wine, or one of their many delicious specialty cocktails such as the Billionaire with maker's mark and grenadine, or the Blueberry Lavenger Martini, which is fruity, delicious, and will get you nice and buzzed. Their food menu is filled with variety and everything is fresh and delicious and expertly prepared from salads, to sandwiches, to sides, to appetizers, and so on. Their full bar has a remarkable variety of strongly considered and professionally selected wines, beers, and cocktails that will make you hang out there for hours -- you'll forget you even showed up in the first place to go shopping! When you're heading over to Habitant, we suggest you try out the Smoked Salmon Crostini or the Cilantro Lime Chicken Tacos. Or if you're hanging with a grou pof friends, a good Farmstead Cheese Plate is also always a great idea.
